We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16802533, with our registered office at 136 Crystal Palace Road, London, SE22 9ER. Our trading address is Unit 7 Goose Green Trading Estate, 47 East Dulwich Road, London, SE22 9BN.

What we collect

If you join our mailing list, we collect your email address. That is the only personal data this website asks you for. We don’t use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

Why we collect it

To tell you when Studio Par opens, when bookings go live, and when founding memberships become available. We won’t use your address for anything else, and we won’t sell or share it for marketing.

Our legal basis

Consent. You give it by entering your address and confirming through the email we send you. You can withdraw it at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing us. Withdrawing consent doesn’t affect anything we sent before you withdrew it.

Who processes it

Our mailing list runs on EmailOctopus, who act as our processor and store data within the European Union. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Both handle data on our instructions and under contract.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or until three years after our last contact with you, whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe we keep a minimal record of that so we don’t email you again by mistake.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have your data deleted
• restrict or object to how we use it
• receive your data in a portable format
• withdraw consent at any time

Email us and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes

If we change this notice we’ll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we’ll tell you by email.
